Lowland, wet in spots, from time to time, believe the 5-spring-fed pond water is backing up onto the low surfaces, but that can be managed in the not-to-distant future, and will not impede present day operations.

Description and historical use of land available for farming

This land was an unsuccessful, unproductive farm. The farmer(s) will have their chance to decide how they want to start operations, but must have in mind a final destination of having a large hydroponic (or other) vertical grow operation. The land, itself, is not fertile enough to be a viable site for commercial vegetable farming.
