Thousands of people flock to the annual Garlic Festival in September near New Denver, West Kootenays. With over 150 vendors, many hawking dozens of varieties of garlic, it's a great event to sell your garlic, check out new varieties and get inspired to plant an even bigger patch of this easy to grow crop.
