Between November and February the XH Bufflao Ranch sells organic buffalo meat by the side from 18 to 21 month old animals. Interested customers can order a half or a whole animal cut, wrapped, and frozen. At the Ranch store you can purchase a tanned buffalo hide or a buffalo skull. The store is only open by appointment.
