Hey everyone, I have 53 acres of tree land up for use. The long term goal is to setup the land for multiple people to stay on while using permaculture principals to live self sufficiently. The only drawback to the property is its limited access being landlocked. 1 of the 2 ways to enter is by half mile atv/dirtbike ride from the gravel road. 2 /2 access is drive 1/4 mile into a field, then park, then walk about 560 feet onto the property! I am willing to allow use of the land very economically based on what the individual would like to do. Living on site is allowed.
