The long term goal is a 200 acre pivot irrigated field to be segments for intensive grazing a long with additional hay fields

Yes - We are currently expanding through use of local ALR properties that aren't being fully utilized for agricultural use

Preferably the land would be useable and in good to great condition. With that being said an intensive grazing process is one of the best methods to improve grasslands and increase carbon soil deposits.

Yes - Depending on the size of the property barns, shelters, loafing sheds are all a benefit

Yes - At a minimum a perimeter fence, cross fencing is a bonus and solar hot wires can be utilized
