I am a Certified Canadian HACCP Professional (CCHP), an approved facilitator of the 2-Day Agri-Food Business Planning Course for the Ministry of Agriculture, and an approved facilitator for the Food Processing Human Resources Council of Canada through which I offer industry-standardized certificate courses. I love having the opportunity to conduct in-person workshops on topics that are relevant to the small-scale food processing industry and have worked with hundreds of clients in this format. Workshops can be customized and conducted on site at your location while others, such as the Agri-Food Business Planning Course, are open to all food producers and processors.
