Hands & Hearts Acres is a small-scale family farm located in Cawston BC. Our produce is sold at Farmers Markets in Penticton and Summerland. As well, we run a small CSA subscription (20 weeks May - October), sell direct to restaurants and have our Sunday Farmstand.
