Looking for 20+ acres of grazing field/pasture for 60-80 heads of cattle in East Kootenays (Creston - Cranbrook - Fernie area). Land would be stewarded in the summer by the farmer as the farmer would prefer to have ability to grow small garden and have land ready for next winter. Soil would be left with high carbon infusion. Farmer has own accommodation. It is preferred that land is fenced but not essential. A water source is required; preferably a drilled well with piping.
