Would prefer land that has previously been farm and in cover crop or something like. Ideal there would be water lines in and we could connect to the main lines to set up drip irrigation. Would be helpful to be able to set up a high tunnel no more than 100 feet long.

Yes - Yes! We typically trade land for veggies with our other homeowner so we would love to continue to do that.
