Rich topsoil, parts have been grazed in the past. Somewhat weedy but mostly flat.
Description and historical use of land available for farming
This has been a homestead and hobby farm for almost 50 years. Some areas are good to go, others will need a bit flattening and a few stumps pulled, and some new fencing. We would consider covering that cost for the right farmer(s).
Long-term goal or vision for land
We would like to see this land and the barn put to better use, we're open to multiple farmers doing different things here. We would like to acquire farm status so that we can get permits for a small agro-tourism business. There may be some housing available but not guaranteed.
