Either ready to go, or if overgrown, the machinery available to do so. Soil testing, planting cover crops etc can be done by us.

Yes - We don't foresee any problems with this, especially if communication regarding personal space and such is all brought forward prior to beginning the lease.

Yes - If something already available as a work space on site - great, if not we intend to use temporary structures (ie. pop up shops)

Our intention is to run mainly auto-irrigation drip systems, but not for everything. Estimated usage 500L per day. We intend to use all our own irrigation materials, just need access to water with pressure.

Yes - No housing required, but ability to set up our own trailer yes, FYI no black water to deal with as we use a composting toilet
Other - Personal, Medical-use Cannabis as per our Health Canada licence (Please note this has nothing to do with the business, we just want to be able to do all our growing in one location)
