Agronomic potential
Good. Area has lots of water and rich valley bottom soils. Keeping water off the fields has been mostly accomplished through re-routing and directing water through the landscape.

Yes - Landower bio: Michel Simard has been working on farms since he was 12 years old, growing vegetables an dworking during the hay season for his uncle's farm. He started his own farm when he was 18, farming with horses for many years. He is great at seed saving and is mostly self-sufficient for all his food in the Kispiox Valley. He's experimenting with small-scale grain production including flax, quinoa, buckwheat, rye and barley.
