Looking for large yard to grow herbal teas

I'm hoping to start a small herbal tea farm in Edmonton. I'm looking for a large front or back yard that can be used to grow herbal teas for the summer of 2020 (and maybe future years as well!). Location: I would like to be able to walk or bike to the site so a 15 min bike radius from the UofA would be perfect. Site conditions: Sunny or dappled shade would be preferred but I'm sure we can make just about any yard work. I'll be happy to convert lawn to a garden using cardboard mulch and compost. Growing methods: No till, no sprays or synthetic fertilizer, hoping that the flowers will attract lots of pollinators Exchange: For using your yard I would be happy to exchange tea, yard/maintenance labour, or a small fee.
