The Masset Market is a collective of Haida Gwaii growers, bakers and makers. We brave the elements year round to offer locally grown and prepared foods including vegetables, eggs, preserves, ferments, island-roasted coffee, baking & treats; potted plants & starts, cut flowers, mushrooms and berries are available in season. Locally handcrafted items include jewellery, Haida art & carvings, soap & body products, pottery, painted, knitted & sewn crafts, beach combed treasures and more! Delicious hot lunches are a regular feature at the market. Mostly cash; some vendors accept debit/credit.
Masset Market is located on Main Street, across from the Co-op, and runs every Friday from 11 am - 2 pm year round. In addition, weekly Community Night Markets run Fridays, 6 pm - 8 pm, weekly May through August, and on the last Friday of each month September - April. New vendors welcome!
