Description: The 2020 grant focused on innovation to support new technologies in agriculture that contribute toward environmental sustainability.
Project must have a technology focus with an aim to further develop technologies via research in the following areas:
1. Marketing or promoting a new technology that addresses an environmental challenge for farmers in a specific sector of agriculture;
2. Developing and testing a new user-friendly technology that can assist the industry to comply with ever-changing regulatory requirements.
Guidelines: Grants of up to $50,000 will be awarded for up to half of a project’s cost.
Deadlines: The deadline has passed and the 2020 program is now closed.
2021 Agricultural Enhancement Grants will be announced in early January 2021.
