Steps to complete application:
1) Confirm Your Eligibility; complete a Program Eligibility Form (Part A)
2) Receive notice of Program Eligibility
3) Engage with a Pre-qualified consultant (if applicable)
4) Submit a Project Application (Part B Application)
5) Project Approval
