Traceability Knowledge Transfer

Description: This program is available to organizations within the agrifood and seafood industries and is intended to provide education around their membership with traceability systems, their infrastructure, practices and any technologies that can be used via events like workshops, seminars, presentations or demonstrations. Guidelines: Funding is provided by reimbursement and is available to organizations within the BC agrifood and seafood industries to provide support for traceability speakers at key industry events that are focused on one or more of the below – 1) General traceability 2) Premises identification 3) Movement reporting 4) Product identification This fund covers 100% of associated costs with the traceability speakers’ expenses, with a maximum of $3500 per event or $10,000 per sector. Please note that funding is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Eligible applicants include any members of an agrifood and seafood organization.
