Ovaltech Greenhouses: These are on concrete foundations, originally with double poly covers. These houses have been recently recovered with 2 sheets of Poly and new inflation fans have been installed. All greenhouses have been upgraded. Heaters need replacing and/or repair and would be the responsibility of tenant. In the past, infrared and Modine heaters have been used.
