Our focus at Metro Appraisal Corporation is primarily agricultural and agri-industrial real estate with some commercial and industrial property valuation. We have collectively been doing real estate appraising for 25 years, performing real estate valuations throughout British Columbia with extension into Alberta and Saskatchewan.
Metro Appraisal has developed positive working relations with banks and private lending institutions, accounting and legal firms, municipal governments, property management companies and direct relations with landowners.
Metro Appraisal is also on the Canadian Government approved list of appraisers for Ecological Land Gifting.
Our valuation services, amongst others, have been used for financing, litigation, separation/divorce, expropriation, corporate structuring, estate planning and taxation.
