Long-term goal or vision for land

The landowner has had to take a step back in the last two years as he has been dealing with an injury, and would like support in maintaining the farm moving forward. Open to ideas, he would like to see the orchard restored and the market garden brought back into production. He would like to have a good land steward with an interest in ecology and maintaining organic growing practices, who is interested in supporting maintaining and running the farm as a whole join him on the land.
