Richard Enns is a lawyer based in Coldstream, BC. He has been practicing in the North Okanagan in the areas of real estate, wills and estates and company law since 1992. He has also been a Coldstream Councilor for 3 terms and became involved because of concerns about the financial administration of the District and the protection of farm land. He has worked on non-family farm transition cases and facilitated vendor take back mortgages. He is also a local apple orchardist and supportive of local agriculture in the region.Ę
