The Kootenay Association of REALTORS (KAR) is a not-for-profit association funded by its REALTOR members and governed by a volunteer board of directors. KAR is comprised of approximately 350 REALTORS who live and work in the communities of the East Kootenay, West Kootenay and Boundary areas of BC.
