We are Ernest & Esme. Our desire is to start a market garden using sustainable practices. We have been gardening for ourselves for a few years now and the process has always brought us joy. We're making the decision to leave Toronto and pursue a more meaningful way of life through farming. Starting with crops like salad greens, microgreens, and baby roots to help build up our farming infrastructure while building a brand for ourselves in the community. Our strategy is comprised of concepts of permaculture and market gardening to make use of healthy soil for efficient farming.
