Landowner farmed from 1998-2011 as small intensive livestock operation ie; beef, turkey, chicken, laying hens. Also pastured horses at various times.

The area the land is in exists in a snow belt which receives and captures far greater snow accumulation than property south of it. This lends well as cover to crops such as but not limited to; berries, fruit trees, perennial crops such as asparagus and garlic. Apiary and honey production would also be viable. Small intensive livestock such as layers, goats, sheep, rabbits would also be possible.
Vision for property is to have a bio-diverse sustainable farm that uses existing as well as created permaculture features and design in the production of food for now and the future.
