Farm Project Description
I would like to build up a 2 acre Market Garden (mainly vegetables) over 3 years, with small livestock including chickens and rabbits.
I am also looking to purchase a quarter section (preferably with home or home site) near Cold Lake in the next few years. I am open to lease-to-purchase arrangements.

Zoning
Preferred current state of the surface of the cultivable area
The 2 acres need to be level, with good drainage, southern exposure. North and west windbreaks and organically kept a plus.
Preference for yard, pasture, or previously cultivated space (with known history please, particularly if sprays/treatments used). Due to the desired timeline I can not work with wooded or rocky/clay soil for this 2 acres, and heavy weed pressure will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
For a full quarter I'd like mostly developed pasture or hay land - fenced, with crossed fenced a plus.
