1. I'm looking for a place that has 3-meter (9.84-ft) or higher ceiling, 4000 to 5000 sq ft indoor space for manufacturing non-dried mushroom plug spawn, mushroom cultivation substrate bag (e.g. https://northspore.com/collections/plug-spawn), not grow-op. The premises need to have water and electricity. There is no specific requirement for the housing condition because we're willing to fix it up ourselves once we move in. If it is not at ground floor, it needs to have a cargo elevator. Ideally, 15-28th Feb 2021 starts the lease. I create and package mushroom spawn which are not for end-user food consumption but for other growers to buy from us to grow mushrooms themselves. In other words, I am the creator of the mushroom “seeds”, so to speak. As far as I know, a Canadian Food Inspection Agency permit is required to import but no permit is required to manufacture them locally. We do not create any fire hazards, odour, noise, or other conceivable nuisance. We do not need any indoor greenhouse environments. We do not need indoor lamps to create any sort of plantation environment. It is mostly packaging and mixing of the spawning materials, such as grains and fertilizers. We will create removable partitions and air purifiers to create a highly hygienic environment to prevent contamination of the spawn. 2. I'm looking for a existing mushroom farm/factory to lease so that we can sell our spawn while grow produce our own mushroom in the existing factory.
