I have a total of 157ac/63ha of land with +/- 90ac cleared.
There is 55-60 acres in hay - seeded late in 2020 with Timothy Brome mix. Hay will be ready to be harvested for 2021 for someone with their own equipment on a crop share basis.
For the longer term landseekers, there could be potential for growing crops, berries or market gardening on the land to supply local markets in the summer. Land is 15 minutes outside Prince George.
I would not recommend anyone considering raising livestock here as the conflict with neighbours is significant and ongoing with little or no support in the past from city bylaw/animal control/RCMP or courts. "free range" poultry may be an option with organic vegtables may be an option however....Goats?

Long-term goal or vision for land
I am open for leasing all or a portion of the land with the intent to buy. This is best discussed with anyone considering this route
I would prefer to sell as smaller lots [+/-20ac?] within the ALR with the lands being intensively managed for vegetable/berry/fruit production. I have a vision where a half a dozen producers could set up a co-op for storage of product for sale of product in the off season. Storage and the size of the operation needed to both justify and then pay for the storage is far out of my scope of capabilities/skill set and financing. When I look at taking the plunge into vegetable or berry production on any kind of scale
One option [a preferred one] is for myself to retain 20-40 ac myself and pursue a berry orchard. This would see me as a member of the Co-Op and using/paying for storage of my product.
I would be open to financing the sale of smaller portions 10-20ac of the property to qualified applicants pending ALC approval.
