Description and historical use of land available for farming

The orchard area is up to 4 acres and will be placed on the north facing hill. We understand itialian prune plumbs will grow well there, and are open to berries production. At the bottom of the hill there is a pond which is collecting water. We wish to expand the pond and we have started the collection of rainwater from top of the hill and roof of barn via PVC pipe and french drains. The pond will be improved and we can pump to surrounding acreage for vegetable garden. We have a fourty acre property of which 15 acres is forested. We are open to ideas for the entire plan of land, providing we can integrate horses and chickens in fenced pasture areas.
