Description and historical use of land available for farming

This is a running horse boarding and training facility on a total of 17 acres. There is 2 to 4 acres of usable land for vegetables, chickens, fruit trees to expand or continue as a farmers market business that has already to some degree been established. For the 2021 season there is garlic planted, asparagus, and some fruit trees. We also had a list of preserves, soap and sourdough bread that was represented at some good markets as well as some customers already coming to the farm. Depending we also have the opportunity to run a flock of chickens with chicken coups and runs already established.

Long-term goal or vision for land

My horse business is fully up and running but I like to have a responsible use for the composted horse manure and feel as I own land providing food is the responsibility of everyone. Looking for a harmonious partnership with one or two other entrepreneurs that would join in that vision. There are a couple of different living arrangement options on the land.
