Project
Farm Name
Avalily Acres
Farm Project Description
I would like to develop a regenerative agri-tourism property where permaculture and regenerative design principles can be demonstrated, utilized and taught. This would be a place where people can come to learn and practice some skillsets, or be introduced to permaculture and regenerative agriculture and earthskills. In my property design I would like to include a market garden, greenhouses, animal systems, a camping area, a a main house, some small dwellings for guests and students, gathering spaces, teaching/learning spaces, a shop/garage, outbuildings for tools and animals, a commercial kitchen for food processing, cold storage, perhaps even a small market and cafe. Many of the elements included would also be available to the larger community to utilize as well.

Preferred current state of the surface of the cultivable area
Does not matter. It can be in the worst shape imaginable. The plan is to regenerate it and use it as a demonstration, so if it's in rough shape even better.
Open to landowner residing on property
Yes - It would be great to have some guidance on how the land was utilized previously and observations from years past available for planning and design.

No

No
Need established water source and infrastructure
It would be amazing if there was access to water rights or a stream or pond existed on the property.
