We are offering a trailer/tiny house pad starting at $60K or lovely 4 bedroom house with in-law suite and an acre of personal space plus the co-op use of 10 acres of land for growing with other farm help in the community. If your interested in the house, it is a $600K buy in for a 'righ to occupy', which there is indication may get sub-devided off one day. We are also going to be setting up Agro-tourism and bringing people to the land to learn about Organic Farming/gardening, a place for people to come and learn about sustainable living, Organic Farming and our services and products and a CSA program.
