  • Other experience/agricultural/business training - My partner is an executive chef by profession, with over 10 years experience in BC's food and beverage industry. He is no stranger to turning farm fresh local produce into healthy family-style meals, and has worked in a variety of restaurants from fine dining to quick service, gaining knowledge in all sorts of cuisines and how they utilize their produce, as well as refining his interpersonal and communication skills working with many people with various backgrounds and experiences. His passion is food, and most particularly, inspiring everyone to enjoy cooking at home. He recognizes that quality meals start with quality ingredients, and is consequently driven to produce his own quality ingredients in order to serve meals he is most passionate about. I am a Registered Kinesiologist, with a passion for movement and health, of which nutrition plays a big part. In my profession we see a lot of chronic injuries requiring constant maintenance of muscle cell function, strength and metabolism that is sustained throughout the lifespan. My passion is to work with and alongside communities to build function and strength, important to every profession and particularly to farmers and labour-intensive occupations.
