No - I have some savings but I would need a loan to start up the manufacturing process. Equipment is already set and business is registered as Stargazer Craft Distillery Inc. Approval in Principle already in place from BC Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch.

Farm Project Description
Stargazer farm is an orchard with a mixture of apple, plum, and pear trees, to provide optimal yield for the processing and manufacturing of fruit brandies. Planned annual fruit yields 15-50 tons. Cultivation of the fruit will be done according to the best practices and with no use of pesticides and harmful chemicals. However, a certain level of plant protection is needed.
Farm size: 2-5 acres
Building for fruit processing, mashing, and distillation: 2500-4000 square feet, serviced with hydro, water, and preferably natural gas line.
Fruit processing for consumables: preserves, jams, pressed fruit juice.
The farm will buy the surplus of fruit from other farmers to ensure the market's flow of manufacturing and demand. The maximum allowed manufacturing for craft distilleries is 50.000 lit per year. Stargazer plans to reach 15-20.000 lit in the first 3 years and keep an optimal level of manufacturing.
The on-site establishment will be started in year 2 to offer the products to the local market and visitors. Spring, summer, and fall months will be open for organized tours, tasting, fruit picking, and other activities.
