Description and historical use of land available for farming

The land was part of a successful tree farm nursery for many decades. It was partially cleared over the last 10 years by previous tenants. No sprays have been used so it does not require transition to be certified organic.

Their vision includes hosting weddings and school/educational events on the property and are looking to lease to farmers who share that community interest.
