Long-term goal or vision for land

The land owners would like to see the land, which was previously run as a successful and well-respected family tree farm nursery, be used for sustainable agriculture. They are open to discussions around on-farm marketing opportunities, such as a small farm store etc. They would like to develop long term leases with experienced farmers who can use the space to its full potential. Their vision includes hosting weddings and school/educational events on the property and are looking to lease to farmers who share that community interest.
