Long-term goal or vision for land

I would like to see the land used for healthy and bountiful crops. That could be a nursery, orchard, greenhouses etc. But we are also open to the idea of having livestock given that they are treated properly with health and cleanliness being a priority. Our family will be living on the land as well and I would like my son to grow up with an appreciation for any and all aspects of farming.
