Looking for land for a 1/2 Market Garden

My name is Aaron Johnson and I'm in a bit of a pickle... I'm just going to give you a quick run down of my situation. I currently live in Nelson, BC. I first stumbled into town a couple of years ago while on a 2 year Working Holiday Visa (I'm Australian), fell for a girl, met her family and her uncle had a couple of acres just outside Slocan Park he wasn't using. We discussed my dreams of small scale, ecologically focused farming and he was over the moon to lease me out some of his land. At the end of 2019 I tarped 1/2 acre before having to head back to Australia due to visa stuff. . I took part in the first Young Agrarians Business Plan Course, Alex let me take part even though we were on a 17 hour time difference, but we made it work and it was incredibly helpful. My partner and I moved back to Canada this spring even though my PR is still being processed, so I could start building and setting up the farm. However something horrible happened, due to a bad investment my uncle in law has to sell his land. When the news came through I had almost finished my deer fence, I'd rented a BCS and turned the 1/2 acre in 50, 100' x 30" beds and sown a Cover Crop of Peas & Oats. I had also ordered and paid for my complete irrigation set up, which cost $2000 and is now sitting in my closet. As well as the 1/2 acre garden I was planning on building a 30'x96' greenhouse for propagation and high value summer crops. Also a small structure to house the wash/pack, coolroom, micro greens room and storage. I am also apart of Jean Martin Fortier's Market Gardener Masterclass which cost $2000 US and is wealth of knowledge. I am hoping to find someone who will keep this passionate young farmers dreams of providing Nelson and the surrounding areas with natural, organic produce, grown in a sustainable manner.
