Farm Project Description

A market garden growing specific varieties of gourmet garlic. Certified organic seed will be purchased and organic growing and soil management practices will be adhered to. A minimum of a 4 year crop rotation will be followed. Value added products such as smoked garlic, black garlic and garlic jellies will add additional revenue streams to the farm.
