Here is the system's overview
1. Pump seawater from adjacent ocean
2. Filter the seawater
3. Sterilise the seawater
4. Mix the seawater with nutrient mix
5. Grow microalgae inside the water (medium)
6. Harvest the medium
7. Reuse some of the water again and cycle continues.
8. Process algae for pharmaceutical purposes.
9. Sell the products.
I do not need large area of land; however, the prerequisite to this project is that the site is located by the ocean. I am considering 1ha land area with a 30"x96" greenhouse. I am going to add more greenhouse as I develop my business.
