Market Garden & Nursery - looking for entrepreneurial collaborators!

I am looking for a person(s), preferably with some experience and familiarity, to assist in further developing a nursery and market garden near Cluny, Alberta. Should be able and willing to do a variety of things to develop the concept including marketing. Entrepreneur minded is an asset. Compensation to be discussed but could include share of produce, large space to grow what you want to sell for yourself, as well as housing and most food. Your own farm business! Site has been a part time hobby farm for me but now finding more time to develop it further. Upcoming projects include: various trees and shrubs to be transplanted and potted, shelter belt improvement, maintenance of established choke cherries and raspberries and market garden layout for growing whatever we decide. The site also has cold frame and greenhouse set up. Currently asparagus grows wild and so developing an asparagus section and planted garlic in last fall. There are lots of options! Also wintering 5 beehives which can produce a fair bit of honey as well as pollinating the plants on the acreage. Have been doing bees for many years! Always have honey for sale. More bee boxes can be built, and can set up for wax melting and candle making. Ability to produce lots but need to be able to market it also.
