Farm Name
Farm Project Description
After pouring ourselves into creating a larger scale, certified organic garlic farm in the Okanagan, we're ready to relax and produce an enjoyable amount of garlic for our community here on Vancouver Island. We will grow about 10,000 plants, which is enough to eat and share some, save next year's seed, and make no less than $10,000.
We're looking for 1 acre, which will allow us to do the proper, 4 year crop rotation. We will be using regenerative agriculture practices!
