We are looking for a place to live and cultivate land in harmony with everyone and thing involved. Seema and I homeschoo/unschool our two kids Malikyte and Orion who are interwoven in the day to day chores involving farm prepping, livestock care and food preservation. We have been learning and enjoying this way of life together for 10 years. We usually have enough surplus to sell and trade (Veggies ,Yogurt, cheese ,meat, pickles and ferments) potentially a market garden in the future.. We are more interested in self sufficiency, root cellars, fermenting and various methods of preserving, cheesemaking/milking, and working together with our community in a wholistic way, where everyone has access do vital nutrient dense food and medicine. It is also important for us to remain in a place of gratitude to the ones who came before us here on this land and to honour and steward the land in a similar respectful and thriving way.
We are able to, and have the experience of cultivating land where needed. We are also attracted and practice in the principals of permaculture, which takes time to grow.. We also are open to forest gardens and hugelkultur for planting and creating The possibilities..
