I want to set up a flock of laying hens as a base and build a market garden farm. Starting with around 100. I would like to raise layers on pasture, and move them rotationally onto new grazing regularly, when the season or climate allows.
I would like to grow high value greenhouse crops, using a high tunnel.
If the climate allows then transition to cooler weather crops year round
