Yes - If Bare land: add irrigation, level land for proper drainage and depending on lease length plant blueberries (4 years to sufficient commercial production) or raspberries (2-3 years for full production).
Do you have financial resources available to start your farm?
No - Yes I have all the necessary equipment to farm and harvest blueberries and raspberries. However since the lease requires upfront capital costs, and multiple years until cashflow positive. I am looking for either a produce/harvest list or a deferred lease where we take into account any perment capital costs, and reduced cash flow while plants are not in fully production
