The way we see our porject is a permaculture oasis where we can live of the land while respecting it. With enough space to have several crops year around with organic principals. Our main focus would be market veggies all thru the available seasons, as well a dedicated patch to grow and propegate medicinal flower and plants for the use in extractions such as tinctures and tea mixed bags. The possibility of adding a bee hive is definitely an option but not our main focus. Develope a compost station and compost teas to use as soil amendment with the goal to have a healthy soil and ovid the use of any pesticide or chemical fertilizers. This way we can create a full rotation on the soil with the use of cover crops. Ideally we would build a small greenhouse that would serve us greatly as nursery during the colder days, as we start our seeds every year early and gradually move on to the soil. As part of our growing style we plan all garden activities in accordance to the proper moon cycle with the use of a moon calendar. Depending on the quality of the soil a grater part of the first year will go into preparing the soil. At the same time getting the infrastructure ready. Some others ideas into making the operation profitable are hosting guests as farm homestay, a home made pizza oven to offer farm to table food option and some recreational event all realated to organic growing and sustainable lifestyle. We have over 5 years of experience with different types of growing projects done and we have documented most of them and would more than happy to show it to the land owner interested.
