Yes - I have what my cost will be to start up as well as my floor plans for my storage container grow rooms and work spaces. I also have estimates for cost of production and profitability per grow room. I also intend to outsource materials from “What The Fungus” in the beginning to reduce the cost of startup

Farm Project Description
Myco Co Mushrooms Farm will be a fully contained shipping container farm. It will be climate controlled and capable of producing fresh product all year round. We intend to grow mushrooms such as pearl oyster, enoki, and lions mane. We plan to target local restaurants, Asian grocery stores, and naturopathic stores.
Initially we plan to start with two 20 feet shipping containers, one for working space and storage, and one for fruiting the mushrooms.
With the designs that we have, we estimate that each fruiting container can produce over 700 lbs of mushrooms per 6 week rotation.

The storage containers can be situated almost any where. The only thing required would be a foundation. The area does not need to be cultivable.
