We are looking for land owners who would like to remain in their home for now, enter into some form of lease-to-buy arrangement so when you are ready to move, we are ready to buy you out. In the interim, we are developing our orchard on your land.
We are starting an apple orchard. Once planted, apples can take up to 5 years to have significant and strong production volumes. We are grafting trees and will be ready to plant several acres this winter.
We can install the necessary fencing and irrigation infrastructure.
