We are happy to help out and make it a collaborative effort!
But we need folks to plan, build, strategize & implement with us... looking for permaculture solutions. Would love to eventually remove all lawn for growing food.
We don't need much of the produce, but about 15-20% would be plenty.
I have some experience with canning so we could collaborate on preserves as well.
Looking for kind, community-minded people with a sense of humour, motivation, know-how and fitness.
We'd like to have some input as to what goes where, but otherwise your expertise and creativity are welcome.
We already have one beehive, 18 blueberry bushes, 1 young fig tree, 1 young apple tree, and a patch of rhubarb.
We also have aluminum sheets for building raised beds.
Might consider laying hens too, and share the eggs?
