Farm Project Description
Looking to start a farm to table lamb and goat mainly business, possibly adding more as time allows. I would ideally like to have a farm gate permit that allows me to process and sell my product cutting out the middle men and allow for a transparent and ethical operation.
Since I work at the speed of cash I would be looking to start small and slow and build as the market allows. I think there is a hunger to know where our food comes from and I would love the opportunity to give that to the community.
