Description and historical use of land available for farming

The available land is about a 1/2 acre of mostly-fenced, grassy meadow with direct access from the road through its own gate. The landowners have started building 50' garden beds to grow garlic and potatoes, and the rest is an open space for a new project. Grasses and weeds grow aggressively, suggesting fertile soil and ample moisture in the ground. Historically, the property was used for grazing cattle.

Long-term goal or vision for land
