      State of the surface of the cultivable area

      Front field (2-3 acres) is fully cleared and is currently in hay. Has good drainage and shallow well available. May require trucked water or investment into rain water capture to sustain summer irrigation. Area is fenced. Back field (5-6 acres) is mostly cleared, with some Christmas trees growing in a small section. Large spring fed pond is available to back field for irrigation but the infrastructure for irrigation has not been set up yet. Area is fenced and there is also a fenced pass to connect front field to back for movement of livestock.

      Description and historical use of land available for farming

      We currently hay our two fields (front and back) but feel there is potential for many more farming activities. We have raised cattle on the land a few years ago (only 4) and have had free range chickens (~20). There is a barn and storage sheds available for shared use as well.
